OTIBIOVIN
Composition - 1 ml:
Triamcinoloni acetonidum 0.5 mg, Acidum salicylicum 5 mg, Gentamycini sulfas 2 mg, Carbethopendecinii bromidum 0.125 mg, ethanol, distilled water.
Effect method:
Wide-spectrum antibiotic preparation with effect on a wide range of pathogenic Gram-negative, certain Gram-positive bacteria and accompanying contaminating microflora. It is suitably supplemented by a semisynthetic corticoid of the glucocorticoid group, triamcinolon, marked out by non-specific anti-inflammatory and anodyne effects on tissues.
Indication:
Otitis externa and canine and feline superficial dermatitis caused by microorganisms sensitive to the preparation substances.

Method of Administration:
The preparation in the amount of 4 to 5 drops is dropped into the auditory canal 3 to 4 times per day at the beginning of therapy, 2 to 3 times per day after 3 days.
The therapy period is usually 5 to 7 days, maximum 12 days (3 days after disappearing of symptoms).
It is recommended to rub the ear vicinity gently after administration in order to help the preparation penetrate into the tissue. Neglected, encrusted states should be softened and the crust removed with tweezers prior to the medicine administration.

Note:
During storage, slight clouding or sediment may appear which will disperse by shaking. Such turbidity does not affect the preparation's potency. The preparation should not be used after the shelf period indicated on the packaging.
Warning:
The preparation has to be used within 12 days after the first opening. The preparation is limited as to indication, which means it should be used for treatment of severe infections only and based on clinical experience supported by the disease cause diagnosis and detection of its sensitivity to the given effective substances and resistance to common antibiotics.
