A: A broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide for the control of stored product insect pests.
I: For control of wide range of pests (such as beetles, weevils, moths, mites) including some resistant strains. Long-term protection and prolonged insect kill on inert surfaces. Active against insects by contact, ingestion and fumigant actions. Used as a stored grain protectant as admixture/direct spray, structural or surface disinfestation and bagged grain treatment.
I: A potent rodenticide used specifically for more effective control of rats and mice. Also used preventatively in protected bait stations. It is suitable for use in homes, factories, farms, food and feed storage facilities, restaurants.
D: ADMIXTURE - is highly recommended where grain is stored in bulk and where long term pro·
tection is required. Apply 8-20 mL of ACTELLIC 50 EC in 1-2 liters of water per 1000 kg of produce. By admixture, ACTELLIC 50 EC is applied to the grains with fixed nozzle spraying equipment as near as possible to the place of storage, i.e., it is loaded into the storage bins or silos. STRUCTURAL APPLICATION - ACTELLIC 50 EC can be applied to walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, bin surfaces and equipment using knapsack or motorized sprayer. For residual control of surfaces apply 400-500 mL of ACTELLIC 50 EC in 15·100 liters of water per 500 m' . Use higher volumes when treating absorbent surfaces. Spray to wet all surfaces but not to cause run·off. In treating inaccessible areas e.g roofs, apply by fogging at the rate of 50 to 100 mL of Actellic 50 EC per 450 mL of kerosene as diluent. Apply into 500 m' air space. BAGGED GRAIN TREATMENT - To treat bagged grain, seeds etc., dilute 50-100 mL ACTELLIC 50 EC with 2.5 liters of water and apply by knapsack sprayer to 100 m' of bagged ma!erial. Treat the floor and each bag as the stack is built up. Finish by spraying the top and sides of the stack. These treatments will control insects within the bag and protect against further attack.
